How we work.
We start read-only. We take least-privilege access, scan, and sit with your team to confirm what is intentional. Then we fix in short sprints, highest risk first. Each fix goes through your normal change process. We never change production settings by surprise. Where a fix could break something, we test it in a lower environment first and agree a rollback.
Every week you get a plain status note: what was found, what was closed, what is blocked and why. We add guardrails as we go, so the number of open findings stops growing before it starts to fall.
