What we do.
Visual quality inspection and defect detection
surface flaws, missing parts, wrong assembly, print and label checks.
People and object counting, foot-traffic analytics using existing cameras
counts, dwell time, zone use and queue length, without new hardware where the camera angle allows.
Safety and compliance monitoring
PPE checks, restricted zones, forklift and pedestrian proximity.
Edge deployment on cameras and gateways
models sized and optimised to run on site, with sensible fallbacks if the network drops.
Data labelling, model training and monitoring
a managed labelling process, repeatable training and drift checks after launch.
How we work.
We begin with a site visit or sample footage, not a model. We look at lighting, camera position, speed of the line and what a wrong call costs. Then we collect and label a representative dataset, train a first model and test it on footage it has never seen. Only when it holds up do we move to a pilot on the live line, running in shadow mode so people can compare it with their own judgement. We then connect alerts, rejects and dashboards, and set up monitoring so we notice when conditions change.
Who this is for.
Manufacturers whose manual visual checks miss defects or vary between shifts.
Retailers who have cameras but no data on traffic, queues or zone use.
Safety and operations managers who want consistent PPE and zone checks without adding supervisors.
Logistics teams dealing with damaged goods and disputed deliveries.
Companies with a failed or stalled vision pilot that worked in the lab and not on site.
What you get.
A written feasibility note: what is achievable with your cameras, lighting and budget.
A labelled dataset with documented labelling rules, which you own.
A trained and evaluated model, with results broken down by condition, not just one headline number.
Edge deployment on agreed hardware, with remote update capability.
Integration into your PLC, alerting tools, or reporting dashboards.
A monitoring setup and a retraining procedure.
Handover documentation and training for your operators and engineers.

Typical timeline.
Simple counting systems can be faster. Multi-line inspection takes longer.
- 01
Weeks 1 to 2
site review, footage capture, success criteria, privacy and safety review.
- 02
Weeks 2 to 5
data collection, labelling, first model and offline testing.
- 03
Weeks 5 to 8
pilot in shadow mode on site, threshold tuning, integration work.
- 04
Weeks 8 to 10
live rollout, operator training, monitoring in place.
- 05
After launch
a review cycle to retrain on new conditions.
Proof
150+ developers deployed, and about 3% of applicants pass our 4-gate vetting. Your engineer can be in your standup in 72 hours, and our replacement guarantee is 100%.
Often not. Many existing cameras are good enough for counting and safety. Inspection usually needs controlled lighting and a fixed position, and sometimes a better camera. We check before you buy anything.
