04 · HOW WE WORK

How we work.

We start with discovery. Before anyone writes new code, we read the old code, trace the data and talk to the people who know the system. We then agree the first seam to cut, usually a module with clear boundaries. New services go in front of the old system, and traffic moves across one capability at a time.

Every migration step is checked with counts, totals and key-field comparisons. We do not accept "it looks right". Senior engineers pair with your legacy experts, so knowledge moves out of heads and into documents. You see working progress each week, not a big reveal at the end.
