What you’ll do
- Build and maintain Django and FastAPI applications and APIs
- Design database models and migrations in PostgreSQL
- Automate data processing, integrations and scheduled jobs with Celery
- Write tests with pytest and keep code typed and readable
- Deploy and monitor services with Docker on AWS or GCP
What you’ll bring
- Strong Python 3 skills and experience with Django or FastAPI
- Good understanding of ORM patterns, SQL and REST API design
- Experience with background tasks, caching and third-party integrations
- Habit of writing tests and clear documentation
- Comfortable with Linux, Docker and Git
Nice to have
- Web scraping or workflow automation
- Pandas and data tooling
- Experience serving ML models behind an API
